Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of approximately 72 hours (1–3 business days).

Processing begins only after full payment has been successfully received.

If there is a delay in payment processing (for example, due to credit card authorization), your order will remain pending until payment is completed and confirmed.

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, including:

All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions.
